Bill Gates: Lower World Population with Vaccines
During his recent TED talk, Bill Gates said that the world population is headed to 9 billion people. Then he said, “Now, if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services—we could lower that perhaps ten or fifteen percent.”
I’m not sure what the nothing-to-see-here explanation is for Bill Gates’ theory that “new vaccines” can help lower the population of the world, but I thought about the incidents from the 1990s where the World Health Organization was providing a “tetanus vaccine” to poor girls and women (and just poor girls and women) that contained human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG). For those who don’t want to delve into that, in short, it was a World Health Organization experiment; a test of a vaccine against pregnancy.

At TED2010, Bill Gates unveils his vision for the world’s energy future, describing the need for “miracles” to avoid planetary catastrophe and explaining why he’s backing a dramatically different type of nuclear reactor. The necessary goal? Zero carbon emissions globally by 2050.
It’s raining fish … no really
source: ntnews.com.au
WHILE the Top End and Central Australia have been battered by torrential rains, a Territory town has had fish falling from the sky.
The freak phenomena happened not once, but twice, on Thursday and Friday afternoon about 6pm at Lajamanu, about 550km southwest of Katherine.
NEWSBREAKER Christine Balmer, who took these photos of the fish on the ground and in a bucket, had to pinch herself when she was told “hundreds and hundreds” of small white fish had fallen from the sky.
“It rained fish in Lajamanu on Thursday and Friday night,” she said, “They fell from the sky everywhere.
“Locals were picking them up off the footy oval and on the ground everywhere.
“These fish were alive when they hit the ground.”
Mrs Balmer, the aged care co-ordinator at the Lajamanu Aged Care Centre, said her family interstate thought she had lost the plot when she told them about the event.
“I haven’t lost my marbles,” she said, reassuring herself. “Thank god it didn’t rain crocodiles.”
Lajamanu sits on the edge of the Tanami Desert, hundreds of kilometres from Lake Argyle and Lake Elliott and even further from the coast. But it’s not the first time the remote community has been bombarded by fins from above.
In 2004, locals reported fish falling from the sky, and in 1974, a similar incident captured international headlines.
The small white fish are believed to be spangled perch, which are very common through much of northern Australia.
Weather bureau senior forecaster Ashley Patterson said the geological conditions were perfect on Friday for a tornado in the Douglas Daly region.
He said it would have been an ideal weather situation to allow the phenomena to occur – but no tornados have been reported to the authority.
“It’s a very unusual event,” he said. “With an updraft, (fish and water picked up) could get up high – up to 60,000 or 70,000 feet.
“Or possibly from a tornado over a large water body – but we haven’t had any reports,” he said.

Earthquake Jolts Pakistan, Afghanistan
source:ntnews.com.au
An earthquake deep in the Hindu Kush mountain range has jolted parts of Pakistan and Afghanistan.
A Pakistani official described a “high-intensity” quake measuring 6.2 on the Richter scale, while the US Geological Survey – which monitors earthquakes around the world – reported a 5.7-magnitude quake in the area.
There were no reports of injuries or damage.
The epicentre was on the Afghan side of the Hindu Kush mountain range, and Pakistan’s chief meteorologist Riaz Khan said that the remote location of the earthquake saved both countries from major damage.
Tremors were felt at 4.21am local time in northwestern Pakistan, with frightened residents of regional capital Peshawar waking up and spilling onto the streets as the ground shook beneath them.
“It was a high intensity major earthquake which lasted for several seconds. The fault line was in an unpopulated area and fortunately we have no reports of any type of damage,” Khan said.
The US Geological Survey said the quake struck 175km northeast of the Afghan capital Kabul. The epicentre was about 144 kilometres west of Pakistan’s Chitral district, Khan said.
A 7.6-magnitude earthquake on October 8, 2005 killed more than 73,000 people and left about 3.5 million homeless, mainly in Pakistan-controlled Kashmir and parts of the country’s North West Frontier Province.
Raw Footage: February 26 Riot in the streets of Berkeley
source:thedailycal
The video is from “thedailycal” at YouTube. The mainstream media will have a field day with it I’m sure.
The descrition reads: “During the early hours of February 26, a mass riot broke out on the streets near the UC Berkeley campus. The mob danced, chanted, and resorted to vandalism.”
The description doesn’t mention anything about protestors. Yet it becomes a protest with the comments of the guy at 2:42.
So is it a protest or a riot?
If it is a protest, protesting what?
Were the people out of hand before the “fuzz” showed up. I just think this piece may be carefully edited for impact.
Obama to Seek New Assault Weapons Ban
source:ABC News/Politics
The Obama administration will seek to reinstate the assault weapons ban that expired in 2004 during the Bush administration, Attorney General Eric Holder said today.
Wednesday Attorney General Eric Holder said that the Obama administration will seek to reinstitute the assault weapons ban which expired in 2004 during the Bush administration.
“As President Obama indicated during the campaign, there are just a few gun-related changes that we would like to make, and among them would be to reinstitute the ban on the sale of assault weapons,” Holder told reporters.
Holder said that putting the ban back in place would not only be a positive move by the United States, it would help cut down on the flow of guns going across the border into Mexico, which is struggling with heavy violence among drug cartels along the border.
“I think that will have a positive impact in Mexico, at a minimum.” Holder said at a news conference on the arrest of more than 700 people in a drug enforcement crackdown on Mexican drug cartels operating in the U.S.
Mexican government officials have complained that the availability of sophisticated guns from the United States have emboldened drug traffickers to fight over access routes into the U.S.
A State Department travel warning issued Feb. 20, 2009, reflected government concerns about the violence.
“Some recent Mexican army and police confrontations with drug cartels have resembled small-unit combat, with cartels employing automatic weapons and grenades,” the warning said. “Large firefights have taken place in many towns and cities across Mexico, but most recently in northern Mexico, including Tijuana, Chihuahua City and Ciudad Juarez.”
At the news conference today, Holder described his discussions with his Mexican counterpart about the recent spike in violence.
“I met yesterday with Attorney General Medina Mora of Mexico, and we discussed the unprecedented levels of violence his country is facing because of their enforcement efforts,” he said.
Holder declined to offer any time frame for the reimplementation of the assault weapons ban, however.
“It’s something, as I said, that the president talked about during the campaign,” he said. “There are obviously a number of things that are — that have been taking up a substantial amount of his time, and so, I’m not sure exactly what the sequencing will be.”
In a brief interview with ABC News, Wayne LaPierre, president of the National Rifle Association, said, “I think there are a lot of Democrats on Capitol Hill cringing at Eric Holder’s comments right now.”
During his confirmation hearing, Holder told the Senate Judiciary Committee about other gun control measures the Obama administration may consider.
“I think closing the gun show loophole, the banning of cop-killer bullets and I also think that making the assault weapons ban permanent, would be something that would be permitted under Heller,” Holder said, referring to the Supreme Court ruling in Washington, D.C. v. Heller, which asserted the Second Amendment as an individual’s right to own a weapon.
The Assault Weapons Ban signed into law by President Clinton in 1994 banned 19 types of semi-automatic military-style guns and ammunition clips with more than 10 rounds.
“A semi-automatic is a quintessential self-defense firearm owned by American citizens in this country,” LaPierre said. “I think it is clearly covered under Heller and it’s clearly, I think, protected by the Constitution.”
Don’t Follow The Man, But Follow The Message.
My wife tells me I suffer from information overload. I suspect that I do.
Ever since I got involved in this resistance, I have absorbed tons of information. It can be taxing at times, but I have become driven.
There were many people and events that have brought me to this point. My first real awakening came when I watched “America-Freedom To Fascism” by the late Aaron Russo.
After that, I became hooked. Soon after I discovered Alex Jones. I really liked his style. In the film, “Wake Up Or Waco”, I saw this young ballsy guy who wasn’t afraid to stand up to authority.
He was an in “their” face journalist with a unique style. Alex was in my opinion someone to follow. So I did.
Although I still get some good info from him, in the last few years I have begun to notice a trend with Alex.
His films, which are some of the most popular in the alternative media, seem to be the focal point of Alex Jones and the Alex Jones Radio Show.
Promotion of the films is slipped in at every opportunity. Is he trying to sell films, or trying to inform and educate.
And his shenanigans at the Austin 2nd Amendment Rally were ridiculous. His ego has gotten away from him, and he presents himself as a larger than life individual. Some of this over-inflated ego is due to the large following he has gained over the years.
Then, on Feb 26, an article appears on blacklistednews.com that claims; “The Debra Medina for Texas governor campaign is clearly being sabotaged by both Glenn Beck and Alex Jones in a carefully staged divide and conquer operation.”
The article goes on to explain how radio talkshow host Jack Blood, also a former cohort of Jones, stated as an employee of Jones, that he (Jones) would call Blood late at night;“…trying to figure out ways to destroy other individuals in the truth and freedom movement that were critical of him.”
I have never listened to Jack Blood, although I have known of him for a while now. I have also got behind other people who I viewed as “good people”, only to discover later they were not.
And granted, there are some out there who truly care. They don’t seem to crave the limelight.
But, it seems that Jones has lost sight of the prize. If you look at the product lines of his sponsors, the average person cannot afford the storable foods and water treatment kits. Gold is out of reach for the average working man or woman who can barely pay the bills. So, who is he really trying to cater to? Is it about freedom, or money?
So, who do you follow? I could spend another 6 or 7 paragraphs bashing Beck, Palin, etc. We all know who and what they are. It is all about the money, power and fame for these parasites.
So, who do you follow? Follow your gut. Associate yourself with like minded people. Go to other sources and compare notes.
In many ways, the alternative media can be like the mainstream media. The same stories making headlines everywhere. Bogus articles here and there.
Apparently there is a divide and conquer movement in place. A movement that can be as dangerous as anything the government can do.
Don’t be led by any one man or woman. Follow your own instincts as well.
Don’t follow the man, but follow the message.
Iris Scanning For Australian Dubai Visitors
source: news.com.au
AUSTRALIANS travelling to Dubai will have to obtain a visa, be fingerprinted and have an iris scan in the wake of the Mossad hit squad passport scandal.
The Australian Government requires people from the United Arab Emirates, which includes Dubai, to hold a visa to enter this country, but until now that strict condition was not reciprocated.
According to a well-placed source, the Emirati Government was on the verge of insisting on a visa as well as biometric identity checks for visitors from the countries embroiled in the passport affair including Australia, Germany, France, the UK and Ireland.
The move comes as security sources revealed dozens of Australian passports were held in a passport “library” containing hundreds of genuine and fake foreign travel documents at Mossad headquarters in Tel Aviv.
One source said that it was not uncommon for dual Israeli citizens to be approached by Mossad to use their non-Israeli passport for a “vital” national security operation.
“Most Israelis would give it up,” the source said.
A former agent with Australia’s overseas spy agency, the Australian Secret Intelligence Service, Warren Reed, said all intelligence agencies worth their salt, including ours, used fake documents.
“This is commonplace and everyone does it to everyone else,” he said.
Mr Reed, who travelled on false documents many times, said the cardinal rule was never to harm a friendly government.

Australian students to be tracked 24th 2nd 2010
Each school child in Australia will get an ID number via a program designed to track their progress, the federal government is reportedly expected to announce.
The ‘unique identity number’ will be attached to the My School program, which publishes the performance of individual schools on the internet, Fairfax Media reports.
The number will allow parents and other concerned parties to access a database documenting a child’s performance during the course of their school years, regardless of how many schools they attend and whether they move interstate.
The move is expected to cause controversy and raise privacy provisions, a ’senior source’ told The Sydney Morning Herald.
Protections would be built in to stop third parties being able to identify students
